Shipping

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days after you place your order.  This is in addition to shipping time.

WAREHOUSE LOCATION

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in The Woodlands, Texas, USA.

SHIPPING TIME

We ship via Standard Flat Rate shipping via USPS.  Most orders are received within 3-5 days after shipment.  Exact receipt dates cannot be guaranteed.  If you have a shipping deadline, please choose the next day shipping option to guarantee your arrival date.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically when your order ships.

SHIPPING PROBLEMS

Once we ship an order, we are not liable for any delayed, missing or marked 'delivered' packages.  You will need to file a claim with the carrier in these rare instances. 

SHIPPING INTERRUPTIONS

Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any carrier delays.  This includes delays due to COVID, Weather, Natural Disasters, etc.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the Continental US.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns for an online credit for non-sale items, non holiday items or items as listed below when postmarked within 14 days of receipt of your order.

ALL tags must be attached in the tag’s original form to be eligible for return or exchange.

You may use original packaging for your return, or your own packaging. Usually our packaging is the most cost effective way of shipping.

Items returned to us for exchange or refund must undamaged, free of makeup, perfume, deodorant or any other stains are not eligible for return and they will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

Sale items and items with a discount code applied which is greater than 10% are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Undergarments, bralettes, jewelry, sunglasses, hats and other accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

All holiday themed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged   

All home goods, stationary, bath products and cosmetics are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged  

For returns that meet the eligibility requirements above, please email boutique@kardenlane.com for a return authorization form and instructions. Return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns without a valid return authorization. We are not responsible for returning any shipment that does not have a proper return authorization.

DAMAGED ITEMS

 

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your items or items cannot be returned.

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Who Us???  Never!  :o)  I wish we could say this 100% of the time, and 99.9% of the time we can, but if you are part of that small percent who has missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order.  We will do everything we can to make it right asap! boutique@kardenlane.com

PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your return or exchange, we will notify you via email within 2 business days. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your return and issue any necessary credit or refund. Your credit card company may require additional time once we process refunds.
